Ingredients
- 2ozLaird’s Bonded Apple Jack
- 1/3ozMaple syrup
- 1ozLemon juice
- 1Egg white
- 1 dashAngostura bitters
- 1 dashAllspice bitters
- 1Cherry
An variant of the Rattlesnake using Apple Jack instead of Rye.
Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into the serving glass. Garnish with a cherry.
